Onsite Work Environment: The successful candidate is expected to work 7.25 hours per calendar day between the standard working hours of 8:00-5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified OPS office location.
Required Experience
• Extensive experience configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Core HR, and Talent Management. Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HDL, reporting (OTBI/BI Publisher), workflow configuration, security administration, and end-to-end business process optimization. Proven ability to lead complex cloud transformation initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and provide production support in large enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience (or equivalent Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM experience).
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting one or more Oracle Fusion Cloud modules:
